Ms. Gillmore is the Information Technology (IT) audit partner of J&A Auditing Services, LLC. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, an ISACA member, and holds an active Department of Energy Q-level security clearance. She received her B.B.A. Degree in Information Systems from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
Ms. Gillmore possesses eleven years’ experience working in DOE M&O contractor Internal Audit Departments as a lead auditor. She has performed extensive operational, technical, and financial audits including allowable cost, software licensing, network, IT general controls, disaster recovery, cost accounting standards, subcontracts, medical claims, materials management, payroll, inventory validations, and FLSA audits. She has routinely made presentations to M&O and DOE senior leadership.
Prior to Internal Audit, she worked for five years as an Oracle and Sybase database administrator. Experience as a database administrator gave her a strong technical understanding of database auditing procedures, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring processes.
